in Miami, FL
The Community Health Partnership is the answer
to many needs the Miami community has, from lack of proper education in diseases
like diabetes and stroke, to simply knowing what health resources the community
has to offer. It's in Our Hands is the answer to this huge ongoing and
growing epidemic. And as a Community Health Liaison I can work closely with Miami
and its people to help ensure they get access to the healthcare resources they so
desperately need.
