New initiatives
in Newark, NJ
Being a part of the Community Health Partnership
allows me to make a difference in my community. By increasing awareness in the community,
and working tirelessly to facilitate communication between community and faith-based
organizations and the healthcare system, I believe I can encourage others to join
the initiative and help to maximize their efforts in educating and empowering the
community.
